A cute cabin nestled on Gull Lake in Nisswa, MN was in need of a new roof. The homeowners had already done their research and decided they wanted Brava’s synthetic Spanish barrel tile. When they reached out to Brava, the manufacturer, for a recommendation for a contractor in the area they suggested Options Exteriors. As a Brava preferred contractor Options Exteriors has the experience and knowledge to install this type of roof successfully. 

A family home in Pella Iowa, had previously worked with another contractor and had their insurance claim denied. When Options Exteriors Project Consultant Tyler heard this, he couldn’t believe this was true, as there was clear damage to their roof. He offered the homeowners a complimentary roof inspection and to work with them throughout the entire claim process.

The Options Exteriors team was able to assist the homeowners with the insurance claim process and get their new roof covered. Instead of reverting back to another cedar shake roof, the homeowners wanted to mix things up. They fell in love with the look and durability of Brava’s slate roofing tiles and created a roof of their own.

A beautiful mulit-family apartment complex in Sartell is looking great with its new GAF American Harvest roofs!  A bad storm with strong winds came through Sartell in late August of 2021. The Options Exteriors team began working the area and assisting property owners with storm damage. 

A department store in Elk River had various leaks throughout the store. The roof had already been repaired on multiple occasions, the roof was clearly ready to be replaced.  The Options Exteriors team worked with the owner and his insurance company for over a year to get this entire 1,200sq roof replacement covered. 

The 50th Street Condominium Association had recently been affected by a horrible storm that came through Marion, Iowa. When the Options Exteriors team arrived and inspected the property, and found significant damage to both the roof and siding of the association.

Maple Tree Villa apartment complex in Buffalo, MN was not only damaged by the storm, but the roof was over a decade old. The Inspired to Sew shop in Cedar Rapids has been around close to a decade, but the building has been a staple in the community for much longer.  In 2020 a bad storm ripped through Cedar Rapids, damaging everything in its path.
