Brava Old World Slate Roof in Chanhassen

A beautiful home, located right on the lake in Chanhassen received a gorgeous new roof!

After living in this home for over 20 years these homeowners decided to upgrade their roof. Their home still had the original roof from when they had purchased their home over two decades ago. The homeowners chose a gorgeous Brava Roof Tile called Old World Slate in Onyx, along with copper valleys and accessories.

Brava’s Old World Slate is a synthetic slate roofing tile made completely out of environmentally friendly roofing material. Giving the shingles the ability to offer the beautiful texture and look of slate without the extreme weight. Brava fully blends the color throughout the entire shingle, which is what provides the deep, natural slate color. The Onyx slate coordinates with the shutters and fixtures, while being a bold contrast to the white siding on the home.
